Secures Talon unit to quick release bracket or quick release bracket to adapter bracket/boat transom.  
Custom stainless steel locks protect Talon from theft or tampering, and can only be opened with the
included unique cut key.  Adapter brackets mounted to the jackplate requite the use of both sets of accessory locks.
